K. Paul JohnsonK. Paul Johnson is the managing partner with the law firm of Johnson, Kraeuter & Dunn, LLC, in Savannah, Georgia. He practices primarily in the area of family law.

Mr. Johnson received his Bachelor of Arts cum laude in English Literature from Georgia State University in 1991 and his Juris Doctor cum laude from the University of Georgia in 1996. Honors and awards include: Elected “Super Lawyer Rising Star,” Atlanta Magazine, 2005 and 2006; Elected “Super Lawyer,” Atlanta Magazine, 2008-2013; Elected, “Legal Elite,” Georgia Trend Magazine, 2011-2012; Elected, “Best Lawyers of America,” 2013; Best Brief, University of Georgia School of Law, 1994; Corpus Juris Secundum Award, University of Georgia School of Law, 1994.

His previous legal experience includes practice in the area of family law for sixteen years with McCorkle & Johnson , LLP. Mr. Johnson is involved with the following professional organizations: Member: State Bar of Georgia (admitted 1996) Family Law Section of the State Bar of Georgia (Executive Committee 2004-2012; Secretary/Treasurer, 2008-2009; Vice-Chair, 2009-2010; Chair, 2010-2011) Savannah Bar Association (President, Younger Lawyers Division, 2001-2002). He has been with Johnson, Kraeuter & Dunn, LLC since its formation.

Mr. Johnson also has significant and extensive jury experience which includes over a dozen reported cases. A few of the most recent include the following: Cubbedge v. Cubbedge, 287 Ga. App. 149, 650 S.E.2d 805 (2007);Sharpe v. Perkins, 284 Ga. App. 376, 644 S.E.2d 178 (2007); Blige v. Blige, 283 Ga. 65, 656 S.E.2d 822 (2008);Draughn v. Draughn, 288 Ga. 734, 707 S.E.2d 52 (2011).
